About Me
My name is Dominique Darius, a college athlete with a passion for storytelling. Through my own experiences on and off the court, I’ve learned there’s so much more to an athlete than the game itself. That’s why I created Beyond The Jersey a podcast dedicated to sharing the real stories of athletes, highlighting their passions, struggles, and dreams outside of sports. My mission is to inspire, connect, and give athletes a platform to show who they truly are beyond the jersey.
In High school I was nationally ranked a top 25 recruit. Competing at three amazing schools including UCLA, USC, and currently Syracuse University. Throughout my college career I have played multiple roles that has helped shaped me into the person I am now.
Finishing my final year of eligibility at Syracuse University getting my masters at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Syracuse University | Television, Radio, and Film.
